We went Venue. Didn't stay too long though, we were home by about one. It was really crowded, they shut off the stage so they had twice as many people in one space and everyone was really pushy.
Friday
On Friday it was the sports fayre which was fun! I joined kickboxing (which turns out to be lots of fun!) and trampolining and horse-riding!
i'm mega excited, heheee
Friday night we went Venue again because there was a Klaxons DJ Set. It was good but i think we were all a bit worn from the week, eek. Marco and Rob went home first then Becca, Maia and I. Even though it wasn't too great i'm glad i went out, i also met this guy who i'd been speaking to outside the school disco, Adam. He's on the same course as Rob so he hung around with us for a bit but felt abit weird so left. Ended up going to bed quite late, but that's what uni's all about =P
Saturday
Got up really late on Saturday. There was supposed to be a Parkwood BBQ somewhere that we were going to step into but didn't see it so we went into Canterbury instead. We found this AMAZING little shop called Revivals, it's vintage and has some brilliant clothes, can't wait until i have money again! We spent most of the time in Canterbury in Burtons looking for smart clothes for Rob and Marco to wear to the Ball that night. Marco had to buy trousers that were too short so i let them down when we got home. I bought some new shoes as well, nothing fancy just some black heels, not too high though. We got home about five, found out the Ball started at eight, so we decided to leave about then.
After everyone was ready, all looking amazing we went to Venue and joined the MAMMOUTH queue which actually looked longer than it lasted. Marco forgot his student ID though so ran back to get it, he didn't get back in time to catch us in the queue so had to line up on his lonesome. We went straight up to TheLighthouse which is a bar above Venue. We waited in here for Marco and for TheHolloways. We had pictures taken too, £5 each, of the group. Whilst waiting for the pictures it hit 11.15, five minutes before TheHolloways are due on. We left Becca and Cally to buy the photos, Maia, Marco, Rob and I running to see the band. They were going to be playing in a big tent behind Venue. As we got there "FakeThat" Ohyes, FakeThat had to play because TakeThis dropped out (!!) well, they were leaving. We elbowed our way to the front getting me to the SECOND ROW as TheHolloways started. Taking photos throughout, TheHolloways played. Starting with SoThisIsGreatBritain, although the crowd didn't really mind, i think i was one of four people at the front (oh yeah, the girl in front of me moved half way through!) who knew their songs. They had some technical difficulties halfway through TwoLeftFeet which lead them to let people sort out their equipment whilst they gave us Vodka and Wine, yum.
I LOVED TheHolloways. They were amazing. After they finished I managed to claim the set list =]
THEN after TheHolloways we had Coolio, this was because Signature pulled out haha
I left the front after a couple of Coolio songs because didn't feel like I should be there seeing as i didn't care if Coolio was singing in front of me or not. I got a drink and then stood outside, I met Rob from Holloways!! He smiled at me and signed my SetList, woop! Marco got a towel signed by Coolio, he was very happy.
I loved the Welcome Ball. We left after Coolio because it then finished.

Sunday
I went home on Sunday for AsYouLikeIt.
The rehearsal went bad at first and then better towards the end. After I came back we just hung out which was goot. set me up for Monday.
